1. No refunds
NO REFUNDS. Abracadabrax is a digital product. All purchases of subscriptions, credits, top-ups, and generated media are final.
We do not provide money-back refunds for unused credits, unused subscription time, generation results, prompt mistakes, model refusals, output quality, changed plans, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with the service.
2. Digital product
Abracadabrax provides digital access to AI image and video generation. Credits are consumed instantly when a generation starts because the service begins performing digital work and may incur upstream model costs through fal.ai and model providers.
Deleting an output, changing your mind, or deciding not to use an output does not restore credits or create a refund right.
3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are cancel-anytime through the billing portal when Stripe billing is configured. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not issue prorated refunds or money-back refunds for the remaining time.
4. EU withdrawal note
EU consumers may have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right for some distance contracts. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m) allows that right to be lost once performance begins with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right is lost.
By clicking Generate, starting a paid generation, or consuming credits after purchase, you expressly consent to immediate digital performance and acknowledge that you waive the 14-day withdrawal right for that digital content. This matches the no-refund clause in the Terms of Service Section 8.
5. Billing disputes
Contact legal@abracadabrax.ai only for billing disputes such as duplicate charges, suspected fraud, tax or invoice errors, or clear Stripe processing mistakes. A billing dispute request does not guarantee a refund.
6. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback after receiving digital access, credits, or generated media, Abracadabrax may contest it with Stripe and provide account, subscription, credit, generation, IP, and usage records as evidence.
